These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in Nirvani Company's ("Nirvani," "we," "us," or "our") SMS / text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Nirvani, you agree to these SMS Terms and to the SMS Privacy Policy.
These SMS Terms supplement the Nirvani Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between these SMS Terms and the Terms & Conditions with respect to SMS messaging, these SMS Terms control.
Nirvani operates an SMS / text messaging program. Messages sent through the program may include:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Nirvani through any of the following methods:
YES or START to a Nirvani text messageBy opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provided, that you are at least 16 years old, and that you agree to receive automated text messages from Nirvani at that number.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Nirvani. You may receive recurring messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Nirvani does not charge a fee to send or receive these messages. Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your rate plan.
Nirvani's SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Google Fi, Cricket Wireless, and Virgin Mobile.
Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any Nirvani text message at any time to stop receiving messages.
You will receive one final confirmation message verifying that your opt-out has been processed. After that, no further messages will be sent from the program you opted out of. If you are subscribed to multiple Nirvani SMS programs (for example, appointment reminders and marketing updates), you may need to opt out of each separately.

HELP to any Nirvani text message to receive contact informationYou must be at least 16 years old to opt in to Nirvani SMS messages. The program is available only to subscribers and customary users of U.S. mobile phone numbers serviced by supported carriers.
Messages may be delayed, undelivered, lost, duplicated, or misdirected due to factors beyond Nirvani's control, including carrier network issues, outages, device limitations, software bugs, signal coverage, and roaming. Nirvani is not liable for any consequences arising from delayed, undelivered, lost, duplicated, or misdirected messages, including any reliance you place on the timing or content of a message you did or did not receive.
Nirvani may suspend or terminate the SMS program in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice. Nirvani may also temporarily suspend messaging to your number to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these SMS Terms.
Your phone number and SMS consent are governed by the SMS Privacy Policy and the Nirvani Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Nirvani may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated SMS Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the SMS program or through other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
