Where do the assumptions come from?
Industry defaults are pulled from 18 months of Nirvani deployment data across restaurants, dental practices, law firms, real estate brokerages, auto repair shops, and home services. After-hours call %, voicemail-to-booking conversion, and close-rate medians come from BrightLocal SMB telephony reports cross-checked against our own deploy data. You can override any value with the sliders. your numbers always beat the benchmarks.
How does the AI voice agent actually recover 95% of after-hours calls?
The agent answers in under 1 second (no IVR maze), introduces itself by your business name, asks intake questions you scripted, books the appointment directly into your calendar, sends a SMS confirmation, and texts you a summary if it’s high-value. The 5% slip-rate is for callers who insist on a human, or who hang up before completing intake. Those get a callback queue with their number captured.
Does it count as “robocall” under FCC rules?
No. The TCPA distinguishes outbound autodialed/prerecorded calls (heavily regulated) from inbound calls answered by automated systems (permitted, like any IVR). Nirvani’s voice agent only handles inbound calls. Any outbound SMS goes through our A2P 10DLC-registered campaigns with documented consent on each opt-in.
